My front (1996) has similar cracks in the sidewalls. Lots of things can cause these, but if they're not too bad I wouldn't worry. The IRC OEM GS-18's aren't too expensive, about $70 for the front and $80-90 for the rear. Your dealer can order them, or go to accwhse.com and get them there. Honda makes great tubes which are perfect for our OEM tires, see Bert's site for my entry on the product numbers etc. It's a ways back on the list but there somewhere.
